Most of our parts are in their original packaging and are from major component manufacturers, often the supplier to the car manufacturers. Due to the fact that many of our clearance items are NOS (new old stock), some from sources that have been through various corporate ownership changes and we do not have recourse to the original source, we cannot offer a warranty. We do inspect merchandise to ascertain to the best of our ability that the item is what it claims to be and is in new condition (unless clearly noted otherwise). Any application information is from the best sources that we have available and is assumed to be correct; however it is always the responsibility of the installer to determine the suitability of the part for its intended purpose.
